The difference
EES Solutions had two brands under its umbrella: EES Recruitment and EES Consultancy. When a third brand was introduced – EES Data Solutions – the team realised they needed to define each individual brand but align it with the overall business strategy and vision, mission and values.
Recognising the importance of branding and creating consistency across its business, EES began working with Kinetic.
Across a number of two-hour sessions, we:
- Articulated a powerful ‘DNA’ (or unique selling proposition) for each of the brands.
- Generated target audience ‘personas’ for each brand to ensure all communications resonate with key target audiences.
- Created an overarching brand DNA for EES Solutions group as a whole.
- Produced a brochure to launch EES Data Solutions.
- Planned an effective communications strategy which covered each of the three brands.
PR to align a business
EES was already well-established in the engineering consultancy and technical recruitment sectors. By working with Kinetic, EES successfully launched the third arm of the business which covers data consultancy and is working towards establishing this brand as a key player within its field too.
- Aligned brand strategy – creating an individual and unique DNA for each brand in the EES business, but ensuring each remains aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Integrated campaign – sharing the key messages of each brand through an integrated communications calendar, using industry insight to create powerful content themes.
- Displaying industry know-how – using insight from the target audience ‘personas’ to show EES’ understanding of its key audience groups and create compelling content themes.
