The difference

4 Community Trust supports Sandwell families with children’s services:

  • Mainstream wrap-around care – before school club, after school club, holiday clubs, activities, and catering.
  • Inclusion – Breakaway SEND (special educational needs and disability) clubs, respite care, SEND holiday club, Breakaway 4u Club (for parents or careers of SEND children).
  • Education and training – apprenticeships, traineeships.
  • Health and wellbeing – Lego therapy and mentoring.

The MD, Jo Haydon, could see that as the business expanded, the culture which had helped the community interest company (CIC) grow, was being diluted.

The whole 4 Community Trust came together one evening with Kinetic facilitating a workshop exploring and refreshing 4 Community Trust’s mission, vision and values.

The Kinetic team is led by dynamic forward thinking that gets down to the nuts and bolts of an organisation.

Any company that’s looking to work with Kinetic, I’d say do it.
