The difference
Building Services Now (BSN) Group is a specialist building contractor, creating great environments for people to live, work, learn and heal.
After two years of continued growth, BSN wanted to redefine its marketing message, so it could continue to stand out and grow in its specialist sectors. It also wanted to capitalise on its recent successes with local award recognition.
To achieve this, BSN needed to re-evaluate what it stands for – the purpose that underpins the whole business – and its competitive edge – why it stands out ahead of others in the highly-competitive sector.

PR to showcase growth
Relatively new to PR, BSN wanted to get the foundations right first – so its future activity would have the best chance for success – and local award recognition.

- Redefined BSN’s ‘DNA’ – the messaging that makes it unique
- Developed a strategic plan to guide all future communications activity – including measurable objectives, target audience personas and key content themes
- Submitted an award entry in support of BSN’s growth and business achievements, which was shortlisted in the Black Country Chamber of Commerce 2022 Awards – with the final result being revealed later this month.

For BSN, this is just the start of the journey – and we will continue to celebrate the brand’s successes as it continues to grow over the coming months and years.
